A story about a Christian black cop who shoots and kills an unarmed black teen and how he deals with the consequences of his actions.

Synopsis

During a routine patrol Officer Lincoln Holly and his partner find themselves chasing after a couple of suspects. Unfortunately for Holly he ends up shooting one of the suspects, unarmed African-American teen, Nicky James. And if that wasn’t enough, some media outlets are manipulating information that they are relaying to the public regarding the case. It is now up to Holly to not only face what he has done due to his use of lethal force but to learn how to move forward with his life before he loses everything.   A reported 1,145 Americans died at the hands of law enforcement last year, that’s roughly three human beings a day becoming memories and statistics. Out of the 1,145, half were of ethnic decent and the other half were Caucasian. What do these numbers mean? That it’s not solely an issue of race because numbers don’t lie. This is an issue pertaining to the policies in regards to the use of lethal force. #‎BlackLivesMatter, #‎BlueLivesMatter, every life matters. The film Officer Lincoln Holly has been created with hopes to one day #‎EndLethalForce. “Change is the law of life. Statement from the Producers

A couple of years ago a wife wrote a short to showcase the talents of her husband and that of his network of gifted actors. Today that short has turned into a movement of great proportions. Officer Lincoln Holly is a story about mistakes, morals and values. It’s a story about accountability, acceptance and forgiveness. And it is also a story put forth to educate the country to the policies, or lack there of, when pertaining to the use of excessive lethal force by law enforcement. It is our hope to use this project as a way to implement new policies that protect American citizens and their children for years to come from being a victim of excessive police brutality or lethal force. We are very proud of what we’ve all accomplished with this project and are looking forward to sharing it with the world.
